Working in Bangkok
• Today was a work day in Bangkok while waiting to travel to the United States. Most of the tasks were dealing with projects at the Deaf Development Program back in Cambodia.

•Notre Dame University in the United States and Maryknoll have been cooperating in a program for the last four or five years in which students from the university, usually juniors and seniors, come to Cambodia and Thailand for the summer as part of their course work. Two students will arrive in Cambodia in June but four students, all seniors, have already arrived in Bangkok for an initial period of orientation and sight-seeing before they disperse to three different areas of Thailand.
