Waiting for a ride to the provinces

On the days before the new year, most of the population goes to their home village in the provinces. This family is waiting for a van to pick them up.
Getting a tuk-tuk for a visit

This family is traveling by tuk-tuk so they are not going too far. They may be visiting family within the city. Literally the majority of the people in the city, however, leave for the prvinces during this time.
A wealthier family's ride

This family has a little more money and will travel to the provinces by car. Because they are wealthier, they probably have to take gifts to all those in the village and so they are loading the top also.
Filling the car with gas

This man pepares for the journey by filling up with gas on the street. The gasoline sold this way is usually smuggled to avoid paying taxes and is often diluted with water.
