The English-speaking Catholic community in Phnom Penh is not a parish but rather a center where English liturgies are provided for people who are not fluent in the Khmer language.  All the normal services of a parish are not offered but some members of the community have organized several retreats in addition to the weekend liturgies. Eleven people took part in the latest retreat which was held at the retreat center run by the Catholic church in Sihanoukville on the southern coast of Cambodia.
